The story
Held inside an 18th-century fortress, EXIT's Dance Arena at sunrise is on every serious raver's list — and the whole trip costs a fraction of Western Europe.
EXIT Festival is a 4-day techno, house, live festival at Novi Sad, Serbia. The July 2027 edition runs 9–12 Jul 2027. It draws around 200,000 people.
Announced so far: Boris Brejcha, Nina Kraviz, Sara Landry and Solomun. Expect stages split between Techno, House and Live. The line-up is spread across the 4 festival days, so a full-weekend ticket is the only way to catch every name.
With room for about 200,000 people, EXIT Festival is one of the largest events in our index: expect long entry queues, several main-stage sets running at once and a site you cannot cross in five minutes. Novi Sad is the base for the trip: it is where the affordable beds, the late trains and the after-parties are, and where prices climb fastest as the dates approach.
EXIT Festival keeps the same calendar slot each year: July 2027 for this edition, opening on a Friday and closing on a Monday. It is a high-summer date, which is peak season for both travel and accommodation across the region. That slot matters for the budget — flights and rooms in Novi Sad are priced for the festival weekend, not the week around it, so shifting your arrival by a day often saves more than any ticket tier does.

- 1Book the ticket first: tiers at EXIT Festival are sold in waves and the cheapest wave is gone long before the line-up is complete.
- 2Then price the travel from Paris — Cinderella compares train, bus, car and flight for the same dates, and the cheapest option is not always the obvious one.
- 3Reserve 5 nights rather than 4: the last night of a festival almost always ends after the last train home.
- 4If you fly into BEG, check the transfer time to Novi Sad before booking the earliest departure — the airport bus is usually the cheapest leg of the whole trip.
- 5Follow EXIT Festival on Cinderella to be emailed when a ticket price drops or a new tier opens.

Travel tips from Paris
- Fly into BEG, the closest airport to the site.
- Rail arrivals come through Novi Sad; shuttles usually run from there.
- Book a bed in Novi Sad early — rooms around a festival sell out before the last ticket tier does.
